Diana
Founder & Certified Fitness Trainer

Owner of ProFound Fitness. 10 years as a Professional athlete, 15 years in the industry. Competes as an atomweight, held amateur and professional titles. Professional in Muay Thai, Boxing, and MMA, and held world rankings. Five years certified personal trainer. Great ability to mentor and comfortable working with special needs. Experienced with children, was a early childhood education teacher.

Personal Fitness Trainer

Fight coach and ring savvy expert, over 30 years of experience in martial arts. Held titles as a amateur and professional in MMA and Muay Thai. Professional level pad/mitt holder. Trains athletes to their potential and needs. Great instruction and game planning for competition or basic understanding of martial arts. Experience teaching martial arts to the youth with a great ability to mentor.
